CXO Code of Conduct

CXO on the GO is a management-consulting firm that exists to assist clients in improving business performance. The partnership’s single-minded focus is the creation and maximization of shareholder value through operational excellence. The value our firm brings to its clients flows directly from the experience, expertise, skill set, and character of the partners. As an enterprise exclusively dependent on the quality of its human capital, CXO must undertake its client engagements with the highest ethical standards, with the ultimate goal of surpassing client expectations and sustaining a reputation for unimpeachable probity. The values to which the firm’s partners adhere in the pursuit of its mission support the incontrovertible fact that the success of CXO is only as great as its most priceless asset, its reputation. In reinforcing our reputation for integrity, we must create a culture that recognizes the value of compliance with the highest ethical standards.

Mission
CXO exists to serve its clients in the pursuit of operational excellence. We aspire to be recognized as the premier management-consulting firm in the region with a reputation for creating shareholder value in a manner consistent with good corporate citizenship, community involvement, and uncompromising ethical standards.

Values
The CXO partners will pursue their mission with a set of immutable values that will guide the firm’s conduct. Underlying the constellation of our core values is the fact that the partners understand what is right and what is wrong, and will always do what is right. CXO will never consciously do anything to embarrass either the firm or its clients, and improper behavior can never be rationalized as being in the client’s or the firm’s best interest. These core values form the cornerstone of CXO’s operating philosophy:

  • Honesty – we will conduct our business with total honesty, a value that has neither gradations nor degrees.
  • Fairness – we will treat clients and suppliers with the same sense of fairness with which we expect to be treated.
  • Respect – CXO will treat all its constituents with dignity and respect for their individuality.
  • Responsibility – our clients entrust us with their hard-earned assets and reputations, and we will care for both with a sense of responsibility.
  • Confidentiality – our clients make us custodians of privileged information, and we will preserve the confidentiality of that information fiercely.
  • Independence – we will preserve our objectivity and independence and avoid at all costs any appearance of conflict of interest.
  • Citizenship – we have an obligation to share our success with the community and partners as individuals and the firm as a whole will engage in meaningful pro-bono work.
